Sam Seghers sets personal best at World Champs

I’ve never done a comp this big in my life. It’s intimidating at times but it’s a great experience. The atmosphere is amazing, especially with a Russian in your heat,” said Seghers.His first 50m then saw a time of 24.93 registered before a quick second 50m of 26.42. The result was a new personal best of 51.35.Seghers said he his second half of the race was much improved and he felt good about it.“The first 50m felt too controlled but I ended up with a Personal Best. The Second 50 went really well and my dive felt really good”. “It’s one step closer to an Olympic Qualifying time and I’m pretty happy with that,” said Seghers.last_img
